Jaqueline Otero
(San Salvador, El Salvador) Jacqueline Otero is Account Executive at Comunicad, where she is responsible for working mostly in support of the Vice President Programs/Client Services; this includes logistical support and monitoring client programs and events in support of Comunicad clients. She has over 5 years experience in multinational Call Center companies and has created, implemented, and trained standardized procedures for Call Centers and client services. She also has international managerial experience in opening new Call Center branches. Jackie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Dr. Jose Matías Delgado University of El Salvador.
