Gloria’s expertise in general and multicultural markets spans more than two decades. In her role, she has direct responsibility for comunicad’s external and internal management. Gloria also possesses vast knowledge of board leadership development, and has helped establish various Corporate Advisory Boards of non-profit organizations, many of which she sits on. The Gallup Organization honored her with the highest Leadership Award, selecting her “Visionary Leader for the 21st Century.”

In his capacity of managing partner, José is responsible for administering comunicad’s client portfolios, strategic planning, new business development, and overall agency operations. José sits on the board of directors for the Hispanic Internet Summit, the Latin American Baseball Museum, Language Etc., as well as the corporate advisory boards for the League of United Latin American Citizens, Hispanic Technology and Telecommunications Parnership and the Cuban American National Council.

With more than 16 years experience in marketing communications and public relations, Tina Jo helps clients manage partnership development with internal and external stakeholders, enhance brand awareness for business and consumer target markets, cope with crisis management and increase positive corporate visibility.

María del Carmen brings more than 30 years of experience in the advertising industry in the U.S. Hispanic market and in Puerto Rico, managing client services, research, media and creative productions. She is responsible for the development and execution of successful advertising and marketing campaigns for international and national brands and institutions.

Kati creates and directs general market, multicultural, and bilingual media campaigns for comunicad’s clients. She has extensive experience with strategic communications with a special emphasis on health care, political action and grassroots organizing.

Ceci develops and manages national strategic outreach programs and special events for comunicad’s corporate clients. She works closely with national and local non-profit organizations to facilitate the access our clientele’s access to constituents throughout the country.

Carmen brings 30 years of experience to comunicad in labor/management education, national leadership course development, and other educational program development, as well as extensive experience with Hispanic outreach programs.

In the course of a 37-year career at the OAS, Guillermo served, among other positions, as Special Advisor to the Secretary General, Chief of Staff to the Assistant Secretary General, director of editorial, translation, and conference services to OAS political entities, and Inspector General. Currently Guillermo directs all of comunicad’s editorial services, including Transcreation™, our branded in-culture approach to translation.

Connie has an extensive background in event services and program management in addition to corporate sponsorship for national events. At comunicad she is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of client program from pre-planning to logistics and execution.

Bibi has a deep understanding of the best ways to communicate information to diverse communities, and is an expert in the writing of culturally relevant materials for comunicad’s clients. She has more than 15 years experience as an educator and writer, and has worked with diverse organizations to develop materials, workshops and public education campaigns.
