Coors Lideres
In December 2007, Comunicad was honored by the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) for its communications work done on behalf of Coors Líderes. The 2007 Magellan Awards recognized the Coors Líderes initiative by awarding it the Platinum Award for “Best on Limited Budget” (the highest distinction in its category) and an Overall Platinum Award, as well as ranking it third in the Top 50 Publicity Campaigns of 2007.
The Coors Líderes (Leaders) Program was launched in 2006 to showcase and honor Hispanic leaders across the country, as well as implement a leadership development program to cultivate more community members to reach leadership roles.
Comunicad also coordinated and managed the Coors Líderes Training Workshop Program in partnership with the Gallup Organization. The training of hundreds of Hispanics across the country yielded a 98% satisfaction rate.
